We want your event to be a smashing success. That's why you can depend on Bayview Catering's event planners to take care of all the details. We can provide with as little or as much help as you need, from finding the perfect venue and decor to selecting menus and music.

We start the planning process by walking through the steps it will take to plan a perfect celebration. The timeline is established, the responsiblities are assigned, and follow up is scheduled so nothing is left to chance.

Event Planning Services

Complimentary services: We offer a free consultation to our catering customers in the initial planning phases of their event. Our planner can advise on such topics as venues, equipment, food, beverages, decorations, entertainment, music, budgeting, invitations/advertising, parking/access, guest registration, and lodging.

In the case of weddings, reunions, or annual banquets, we offer an additional complimentary, one hour session to finalize the plans for the event. In the case of larger scale events, additional services are available on one of the following bases:

Consulting services by the hour: Billed at $50 per hour by appointment. Appointments are available during normal business hours. A pre-approved agenda is recommended.

Event coordination: Including coordination of vendors prior to and on the day of event, event set up, staff supervision throughout event, coordination of take down. Fees are based on length and complexity of event, estimation of time required, and estimation of attendance. Event coordination is performed on a contract basis with one third payable upon acceptance of the contract, one third 60 days prior to the event, and one third at the close of the event.

At the end of your event, while you are enjoying the satisfaction of hosting the perfect party; our staff will take care of the break down and clean up of the event site.
